helicopter are not repaired

Description of the problem

when helicopter broken using vehicle.repair() to repair unwork. I can't enter the helicopter in Press F. but I use player.setIntoVehicle(vehicle,1) and vehicle.repair() it success repair. I'm not sure what caused it. When I entered the fake repair helicopter and started the engine, I only saw the air wave of the engine, but the propeller didn't turn.

Reproduction steps

enter Normal helicopter
Blow him up
repair helicopter
can't enter the helicopter in Press F.
use the player.setIntoVehicle(vehicle,1) enter helicopter
start engine I only saw the air wave of the engine, but the propeller didn't turn.
repair helicopter again
repair success helicopter back to Normal.

Expected behaviour

repair helicopter Normal.
