Sync issue after killing a player

Description of the problem

After driving the vehicle, the second player hops out of the vehicle. Take a look at the sample video.

Expected behaviour

Should stay on that vehicle.

Additional context

GTA5.exe is limited to 24 FPS via NVIDIA panel.
