SSN and DOB not formatted correctly on form #68

DOB is Dec 31st 1969 which is beginning of UNIX epoch time. is salesforce returning null?

also would be nice to format SSN if we just have 4 digits

Actually come to think of it, if we load a user like this, we can't update their info until the SSN is fixed and if we lock it we can't fix it.
