To start: The check-out webpage will simply be a list of services the participant had expressed an interest in receiving at check-in. The volunteer will ask if they had received the services or not.
This will show up in Salesforce registrations as “received”, “requested”,
or “not requested” (double-check).
There will also be a simple “smiley face” grade at the bottom (“How was
your experience today?”)
