Styler defaults to popping open the preview window #6

Why? It seems counter-intuitive to have to press the button to close it when I never pressed the button to open it in the first place. On my test machine, it opens so far to the right that it is partially off-screen, anyway.

Why? That's just the way Alessandro designed it. :)
