Pay for Altstore over Apple Pay and get not any email #1431

I have pay for Altstore PAL with Apple Pay and use a Apple genrrate Email but after pay i dont get a email. Now j can not stop the Abo or download the Altstore again. Also there is no Email or Support on the homepage. This is very bad! What can i do now?

Go to the purchase page again, enter your email that's linked to your Apple account. Do not enter other payment info. The form should change to inform you that you're already a customer. Then it will forward you to a page where you can download & manage your account.

I paid with Apple pay but the download button didn't work until I started again and entered the email and it said I was already a customer. Then it would let me download.

First time, I was not using Safari then I copied and pasted link into Safari and still download button was not working until I reauthenticated so maybe it is related to not using Safari at the start.

This doesn't work for me. I paid with Apple Pay, If I enter the Apple ID or my other personal email, it only sends me to a page to subscribe (and pay) again.

Maybe you used Hide My Email when checking out and it generated a random email when you paid, check iCloud+ settings and search for it?
