Manual refreshing or maybe good automatic refreshing #288

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I'm always frustrated when my build server updates my alpha source, I open AltStore, it does not automatically refresh and I can do nothing about it. As far as I observed it, AltStore seems to refresh when it is "restarted" (killed from the app switcher and then opened) or sometimes spontaniously.

Describe the solution you'd like Pull to refresh exists. Maybe refreshing whenever the app is opened (not started, but opened, when you tap on the app icon) is also an option.

There have been several ideas about how best to rework the automatic refreshing. The primary idea we have come up with, is to allow integration with siri shortcuts. This will allow users to actually choose what actions trigger the refresh. For example, upon joining the home wifi, at 5pm everyday, etc.

I don't think we will ever make it so that it refreshed upon opening the app. It has been talked about doing some sort of pull to refresh, but for now the refresh all button is the solution.
