Update name, examples & link in the documentation #893

Before we do the release, the documentation name, examples and link should be updated with the new names.

Description

We need to update the documentation name, screenshots, examples and link according to the new AltTester name.
Also, the README.md file should be updated for the project repo.

Will reopen to update packages names for bindings according to the internal document for name changes

:heavy_check_mark: Checked in all sections of the documentation that the Assetstore references for downloading the tester are removed and replaced with the link from the website: https://altom.com/app/uploads/AltTester/sdks/AltTester.unitypackage

:heavy_check_mark: Checked that the Examples section contains only the update examples for v1.8.0 release and that the URL-s are the correct ones on Github

:heavy_check_mark: Checked that the Unity logo is updated
:heavy_check_mark: Checked that the project name in documentation is update with the new one
