Connections to websites refused #3

After the last update to the docker container I am no longer able to get to websites through this container.

It appears that some torrent connections work as long as the tracker is given as an IP rather than a domain name.

For example downloading the ubuntu lts torrent works but is very very slow.

The OpenVPN connection is fine, I can connect to the service with another machine.

Unable to access websites or containers via local_network ports. The OVPN_Privoxy container connects to VPN and other containers connect fine through this VPN container but from my local network, I'm unable to access the containers.
