[Improvement] Add option to scrub rvz files with the -s option #131

convert-roms is designed to be reversible, scrubbing will result in loss of data so it's not an option. I can add it to export-roms though, that one leaves original ROMs untouched.

You'll find a new RVZ_SCRUB setting, enabling it will scrub RVZ in export-roms only. If exporting from RVZ, it will temporarily convert to ISO and back to RVZ to do the scrubbing.
