More a note to self:

[x] Validate all JS works and is coming from CDN(#196)
[ ] Fix loading spinner
[ ] Loading spinner disappearing a bitttt too early.
[x] Fix double tag box
[x] Make sure every page with tags works
[x] Validate adding existing
[x] Validate adding a new tag
[x] Validate database behind adding new and existing tags
[x] Approval of Mini should approve all MiniTags for it
[x] Approval/Rejection of MiniTags from Admin page
[x] Searching should only search approved MiniTags
[x] Deleting a MiniTag should only mark it deleted
[x] Changing tag category
[x] Why is there two Tagify boxes?

Deployment:

[x] APPROVE ALL EXISTING MINITAGS (UPDATE [dbo].[MiniTag] SET Status=1)
