Add Button Function - Waiter Selected Table #4

In the "Waiter Table Select" menu, the "Add" button needs to be given functionality.

Features to implement:

The add button should some how be able to "select the “Soups/Salads” from the category list, and then select the desired salad from the items presented"

NOTE We're actually changing this a little bit. Categories will populate the categoryItems JComboBox => Add will add the currently selected item in the categoryItems.
