how to make it work on localserver and web #150

Now The speech recognition is running in my system. But when I opened this in another system with apache it is saying that [eg:ws://localhost:8088/ ....] is not availble. How to make it run on localserver. Thanking you.

Technically this it not an issue related to this project but more of your webserver configuratoin. So "just" set it up properly (not meant harsh).
