WIP : add chinese sample #210

Add Chinese sample, using nnet3 chain model trained from the recenly added multi_cn recipe kaldi-asr/kaldi#3555

@alumae thanks for prompt respond. The model url is not available yet. I'll check if there is any change and make fix accordingly as soon as the model is ready!

Oh I'm sorry, of course there was WIP in the PR title that I ignored.
