I couldn't find such section in the Makefile that is in the git trunk, although it does look like a code I've written. Where did you see this section?
Ahh I see that my Makefile is older. We had an earlier git image that we started playing with in order to try English decoding, and that must have been using things that are not present in the newest version from trunk.
Thanks!

In the latest version I see that the Makefile has a section like this:
%/decode/srt: %/decode/.ctm echo
dirname $*
cat $/decode/score$(LMSCALE)/.ctm | perl -npe 's/(.)-(S\d+)---(\S+)/\1\3_\2/' | python scripts/unsegment-ctm.py | LCALL=C sort -k 1,1 -k 3,3n -k 4,4n | python scripts/ctm2srt.py > $/decode/basename \
dirname $*``.srtBut it seems the script scripts/ctm2srt.py is not present in this repository.
