[BUG] Fix the display of plugin descriptions in web UI #79

Plugin descriptions are not displayed correctly on the web interface, some plugins are impossible to read, links cannot be clicked, etc. This is related to #78

Maybe re-open the issue, the text is more readable now, but it's not properly aligned, and the links are still not clickable.
