Hi Andrew,

here's the update for the ChildBrowser plugin. It's working in a sample application.

Uses Cordova
see updated readme.md file for additional options when showing the childbrowser view

This is the first time I'm actively using github, so I don't know if I've done everything right. Tell me if there's something wrong with the code or fork and I'll fix it.

Sorry, must revoke this pull request because I realized that it's currently not possible to close the childbrowser window from javascript on the page that has been loaded in the childbrowser window.

As far as I got the modification working, I'll make a new pull request. Sorry.
