Introduce a way to add PBXTargetDependencies to a target #58

Includes creation of a PBXContainerItemProxy for each PBXTargetDependency and including the PBXTargetDependencies to the given target

@Mitko-Kerezov I can't merge this one cleanly it seems like. Thank you so much for your contributions. Would you be interested in having direct access to this repository ?

@imhotep rebased on latest master and can now be merged cleanly. Sorry about that - I created all the pull requests based on separate branches which seem to have conflicted with one another. As for direct access to this repository I will have to kindly decline due to preoccupation with other projects at the moment. I do however thank you for the offer
