Budgie Desktop fail to install in Fedora 30 Beta #7

Hi, First of all, Fedora refuses to install the budgie repo from copr, I had to install it manually. And when I execute dnf install budgie-desktop with the Rawhide repo AND the F29 repo, I get this error:

  - nothing provides libmutter-3.so.0()(64bit) needed by budgie-desktop-20190212.5c97692-1.fc29.x86_64
  - nothing provides libmutter-clutter-3.so()(64bit) needed by budgie-desktop-20190212.5c97692-1.fc29.x86_64
  - nothing provides libmutter-cogl-3.so()(64bit) needed by budgie-desktop-20190212.5c97692-1.fc29.x86_64

Hi ! I found the error. See #8 ! This issue took me the entire afternoon :stuck_out_tongue:. I was using an old spec file, for whatever reason, and, obviously it didn't work. I even tried at some point to compile budgie myself XD. Then I realized my mistake and it instantly worked.
