Stats has unexpected information #13

Feedback: stats doesn't seem to be the page to go to to find openings

Possible solutions:

  1. Rename "Stats" to something else (maybe "Overview")
  2. Break up "Stats" -> "Stats" and ___ ("Overview"/"State"/"Home") -- "adoptions last year" would be stats -- "number of available kennels" would be overview
