Hey! read the paper and im super excited to play around with this model, are you planning on releasing the checkpoints soon?

That's a good point. Due to some recent time crunch I haven't had time to release the encoder checkpoints we use.

The current code released in not 100% complete, but is intended to give people a broad idea of how we do things.

I will release the following this summer:

  1. Checkpoints
  2. Brain masks for each brain region
  3. A jupyter notebook for easy experimentation
