The paths to the waypoints icons and to cGPSmapper are not always working under Windows.
It is necessary to detect the path wher the executable (both MFC or CLI) is located, and not from where it was launched. And from that path:
\icons is the path to the waypoints icons
\cGPSmapper is the path to cGPSmapper
This is particularly important also because the Windows executables are distributes also as portable so the user can copy them wherever he/she wants.
