Installed into Outlook 2019 (Office Pro) connected to on-prem Exchange 2019. Unable to define a profile. The profile dialog box would appear, but then Outlook would become completely non-responsive to any mouse actions, including attempts to close Outlook itself. I had to use a task manager tool to kill Outlook. Retried several times with the same result, and eventually Outlook itself would not start ("unable to open the set of folders" error) which persisted even after I uninstalled the sync tool. Recovery required restarting the Exchange Information Store service - thank goodness I own/control the server and can do that.
