Implement feature which allows to get free orders with promotion

• Jos käyttäjällä on promokoodi mikä on isompi ku tilauksen koko hinta, se capataan olemaan sen tilauksen hinta. Eli jos syötät -100€ alennuskoodin 39€ tilaukseen, niin se näkyy vaan -39€ alennuksena käyttäjälle ja hinnaks tulee sillon 0€

• Jos hinta on nolla tai vähemmän -> piilotetaan kaikki luottokorttikyselyt ja näytetään käyttäjälle näytetään se teksti, että "Your order is free of charge". Tässä tapauksessa frontti ei lähetä stripelle mitään requestina ja lähettää meidän order apiin tilauksen ilman sitä stripen tokenia

Test scenarios:

In all cases:

• Verify that order service saves the order correctly
• Verify that correct amount is charged from stripe (or not at all)
• Verify that the order is correctly sent to printmotor

1. Normal purchase without any promotion code
2. Normal purchase without any promotion code but use different billing address
3. Purchase with -10% promotion code
4. Purchase with gift card which fully covers the order
5. Test that the gift card doesn't work again
6. Purchase with gift card which fully covers the order but before doing this, use different billing address and set an invalid address
