Add Nations VolDex and Nations TailDex indices #449

I've added Nations Nations VolDex and Nations TailDex indices.

Tested the added indices by using get_index_historical_data.

Where did you happen to pull that data from?

Well I only ask because when I was going thru the csv file I noticed a lot of the index names are not the same as there counterparts listed on investing.com. So I was just wondering if you happened to pull them from a special area on investing.com or if they just changed their names.

@bitcloudx I found all the info by inspecting the source of the page at https://www.investing.com/indices/nations-voldex and https://www.investing.com/indices/nations-taildex
