Stock comments #521

Hi,

first of all thanks to great efforts about this project. I wonder if it is posiblle to add a function that can post comments to specified stocks. I have scripts that scan some formations and when script find a specific formation of a stock I would like to post that information as comment of stocks. I hope it is clear explanation.
