What is Z?? We have to tell the seller that has 60 minutes to fund the smart contract and then there are 30 minutes for the buyer to send the money.

I'm confused. What are the current timing rules? Whatever those are we'll want to at least have me understand them so I can guide people through it with Kiki.

So, does it work like this? 1) the Buyer / Seller have 12 hours to coordinate a transaction time? 2) the Seller has 60 minutes to fund the smart-contract with BTC 3) the Seller has 30 minutes to confirm the USD was received?

Yes, it works like that. What I'm saying is that we have to be clear about that. Is Z 90 minutes or the last 30 minutes? Also, those 60 minutes include the confirmations, so sellers should just fund smart contracts right away. With 1 confirmation (enough according to my research) we'll be confirming in under 10 mins in theory.

How about 1 tool tip that lists all 3 times? Just so it's crystal clear that there are 3 steps with 3 different times. Open to ideas. ᐧ

sounds good, although probably won't be able to put these in separate lines. I can see if that is possible.
