Updates tablet and volman XFCE
menu updates

Relevant for Cinnamon menu:

start-here-symbolic from WhiteSur (also from Numix is possible if the Apple-Icon is not wanted). Or is it possible to use a symbolic version of applications-all.svg for start-here-symbolic? That would be best I think.
remove application-*.svg duplicates which had links in apps but are present in categories and had different icons in apps for consistency

Thanks again! I did bring some modifications, mainly to the start-here-symbolic icon that should be into the places folder :wink: so I moved it into places/symbolic
