Add secret key solution to allow login #5

For XML:

input text name="allowedUrl" => at this address login (and logout!) are performed
input password name="secretKey" => used as GET-parameter for accessing allowedUrl

Done with v0.0.5

After providing the secretKey once, for the current sessions the default system addresses are not blocked. So you can just use these. Therefore allowedUrl was not added.
