Add command ![social] #56

Add command ![social] where [social] is a specific link to an alveus social media (Ex: !youtube). It will pop up the alveus intro and highlight that link

I think the chat commands are sufficient here, I don't really see a need for us to be able to do !twitter and have the extension pop up, nor do I think we'd want it to trigger for say !wishlist.
