Home page profile image is too small compared to other images on the page. This image should be one of the bigger images on the page and should not have shrunken so much on smaller screens. Please see the attached bug report. Home_Profile_BugReport.docx

Re-sized the home page profile picture to be larger at different break points. Re-adjusted the font-size of the h1 banner "Designing". See pull request Home page profile picture #22.
