Filter command is inconvenient to type #3

The verboseness of the filter command (having to input /by and /with) seems redundant when it could be something like filter [field prefix] [term] instead. This might hinder fast command line users by having unnecessary keystrokes. For example, instead of filter /by spec /with Database it could be filter /spec Database.
