Agree that this is something we can look into in the future. However, such occurrences are rare, and we have mentioned a workaround for this in our UG.
We would like to highlight that the name stored in the app does not necessarily have to match the person's legal name.

For names in other languages, they can be recorded with their spelling in Latin alphabets.
