While we acknowledge that it could be useful to have a command to edit the user's profile, editing of a profile can be done by just calling the setup command again. Although it might take longer than having an edit setup command, we believe that the number of times the user will have to edit their profile is very little hence the amortised time taken to key in the commands are still low.

As users use the app over time, their weight will change. Not being able to edit the profile means that the user will need to use the setup command each time and have to keep typing in other information that will not change such as height and gender. This goes against the value proposition of managing their calories quick.
