This is the review for the work you did as a team.

RGB Model

4/5 for modeling checkpoint; all backend, frontend, and thymeleaf is there

• 1/1 for frontend improvement - changed the layout of the image, made the extra text scrollable so the page isn't that big, and displayed all the necessary data (RGB/hex code/binary)
• 0.25/1 for control improvement - only 2 images when 10 was required. if 10 images is too slow, try reducing the image size or making the nested for loop in the imageinfo class more efficient since indexing each pixel of an image may take considerable time.
• 2.75/3 for model improvements - missing watermark but other than that, the model is very well done since you have the base64 rendering, the grayscaled image, and concise/organized java code.

Review Video

First impression was that all members knew what they were doing and understand the code

• backend code was superb - in this commit, you efficiently created an array that stores all the pixel values as well as made sure that any exception will not interrupt the program. Additionally, in this initial commit, the nested for loop is concise and works correctly.
• everyone explained the code thoroughly - in the review video at 2:00, Akshay describes how the byte array is used in the encodeBase64String method. Also, at 2:20, Nolan shows how the ArrayList "imgVariations" has all the information appended to it for the original and grayscaled image.
• each members' individual journals are very well done and show hard work - for example, in Prisha's journal, the padlet is organized and elegant with all of the notes separated into blocks and all of the units separated into columns. Nolan's journal is also organized and has lots of information and explanations. By using a table to separate the question from the CollegeBoard test, the chosen answer, and the reasoning for the correct answer, I am able to see how Nolan learned from the test and what changes he will make next time.

Akshay - 2.75/3 (1.25/1.5 on contributions) good work on the frontend and backend, but you only wrote 2 methods for the java file. compared to the total amount of code the team wrote, your contribution isn't too significant, but still good.

Alvin, Nolan - 3/3 lots of work on the backend. you both wrote tons of methods/java and html, and your effort is apparent in your commits that have lots of lines.

Prisha, Sami - 1.75/3 (0.25/1.5 on contributions) there are no backend contributions whatsoever, which is crucial because we are learning java and grayscaling, so without contributions to the backend, there is no evidence you are learning or contributing to the main aspect of the project.
