This is a known issue, no need to open another duplicate issue. I did some tests as well and seems like turning "extraLatencyMode" on does remove the controller stuttering if the framerate is stable enough (Quest 1).

Description
Controller gets stutter in motion. Walking through the map or moving the head works perfectly.
Also, when using airlink, the motion is completely smooth, so it's probably not a hardware or network issue. (But airlink image quality is way worse)
I have checked the game framerate isn't dropping I have tried all protocols (UDP, TCP) I have tried changing controller prediction multiplier to max I have tried maxing buffering frames (3 is the max)
It's the same issue as this, but it got automatically closed for some reason: https://github.com/alvr-org/ALVR/issues/1127#issue-1307328836
