hmm, okay. That seems I solved this issue by manually killing the process called "Main" in task manager (the executable pointing to steamvr server in Steam folder). but I think this is Steam-related issue, coz even Steam saying that SteamVR is closed, but it's not. I have another strange issue, I'll fill it in another one. Reopen this issue if you need to tell me something

Description
See the subject. Also, ALVR won't Restart SteamVR, for some reason. The "Restart SteamVR" button does nothing. This started to happen when I restarted the PC. Before PC restart everything worked well (I mean ALVR was able to start SteamVR).
