ALVR says that SteamVR is launched, even if Steam is closed #2200

(sorry, I pressed enter and posted a default issue for first time)

Description

See the subject. Also, ALVR won't Restart SteamVR, for some reason. The "Restart SteamVR" button does nothing. This started to happen when I restarted the PC. Before PC restart everything worked well (I mean ALVR was able to start SteamVR).

hmm, okay. That seems I solved this issue by manually killing the process called "Main" in task manager (the executable pointing to steamvr server in Steam folder). but I think this is Steam-related issue, coz even Steam saying that SteamVR is closed, but it's not. I have another strange issue, I'll fill it in another one. Reopen this issue if you need to tell me something
