Since a recent update, I get a black screen using HEVC, when it used to work perfectly.
I did applied the many linux fixes (including the launch option)
A bit of trouble shooting pinpointed this commit 33a2773f48c12e4e6365a6156569cba2e9b80dd4 as the one introducing the regression.
For what is about the issue itself, it seem very specific as the only other person who had the problem also had the exact same GPU (radeon rx580).
