Do you see the previous frame for a split second? If so, we have the same issue.
We need way more information about the statistics displayed in alvr, what settings you're running. What network bandwidth you can support over wifi, etc. Also there's quite a bit of information available on the wiki already.
I used a 3060 graphics card, an Intel wifi6 network card, and a router that supports WiFi7 backward compatibility, tested h264, h265 encoding, because I usually don't have much time, the current test excludes video coding, quest2 itself sensor hardware problems, I did a wireless data transmission packet loss rate test on quest2, and I didn't find a problem, but I found this situation after changing the test version of steamvr ( 6DOF displacement of the image lag stuttering, and the probability of the occurrence of the previous frame flashback of the virtual video is greatly reduced, so I guess this may be a problem with steamVR, or a compatibility problem between steamVR and ALVR, because I have also tested other wifi wireless video transmission tools, they (vd and the like) have also happened in a similar situation, but the probability is much smaller, I have not made statistics on the specific occurrence time and mechanism of this situation, and it should be in the future
I've tested the motion sensor hardware and it's working fine, when I'm still in SteamVR, or just turning my head, the picture is fine, when I start moving, the picture gets laggy and jitter, and I'm still trying to troubleshoot possible issues one by one
