Suggestion about Building doc #41

Here https://github.com/alvr-org/alvr-visionos/wiki/Building There is the paragraph about "enable Developer Mode" and after there is a paragraph about "General > Remote Devices". Must be inverted: Developer Mode checkbox is hide until Remote Devices step.
