Incredible Amount of Lag #71

Hi. I am running the latest build and the latest streamer nightly build. The headset connects but I am getting an incredible amount of lag. It's running at about 1 frame per 3 seconds. I have a 3080ti GPU with a wired connection to a ASUS router. Am I doing something wrong here? Any help would be much appreciated.

This was on my end. I accidentally had a VPN connected which was causing network issues.
