weather wording changes #157

 a) Says woooocester--an old joke of JJ's--needs to go.
 b) City names need editting to make clearer

the Wooocester joke is in the test file. I changed it to say good old Worcester. City names in the main code (used when going to the web) also are longer and hopefully clearer. In the test file, I changed a couple of these to test out how they sound.
