Main Window Volume getting reset #456

@lring @candysidner This seems like a new behavior since recent updates to Hangout in Client: Whenever the system is restarted, the Main Window Volume slider (right click on speaker icon on bottom of screen and select Open Volume Mixer) gets reset from its normal 100% level to about 10%. The reason I think this may be related to Hangout in Client is because I notice a new slider to the right of this slider, labelled Hangout Plugins Volume, which is set to 100%.

This is a problem because the agent volume is in fact too low then.
