Hangout does not release camera #459

Participant requests contact.
Remote user receives email.
Remote user connects.
Participant is interrupted (Ding/Ding/Ding) and told about incoming call. 
Participant accepts call.
Hangout window appears with selfie and then remote user.
Remote user disconnects
Back to normal interaction.
**NB** Blue camera light is OFF**

Not exactly reproduced (since too many other problems going on...), but I just had the experience where I restarted everything and the blue light came on and then immediately went off again and stayed off. I killed the google plugin exe and then tried again and the blue camera light stayed on, but it may have had nothing to do with that. FYI, I had not actually made a video connection anytime this evening so far.

There is definitely something funky going on.

Probably wasn't expecting the 90-120 sec delay.
