We tried to get Karen to set up a video connection with our son
(jjseidman@gmail.com) but just at the point where it* should have
asked for his email address, it asked instead if I wanted to do
another activity and when I answered No it gave me a choice of two
ways of saying that it had been helpful; no way of telling that it had
not been helpful.
From his description, it sounded like there was an exception and the interaction restarted with "What do you want to do?", as designed. I don't know what the "asking if helpful" stuff is about. I don't remember every seeing that, but I assume it is something that was added recently? Where?
The exact exception and plugin involved should be in the log file on the machine's Dropbox folder that Aaron is using (I don't know which machine).
May I suggest that you create a "bugs" subfolder in each machine's
Dropbox folder and put a copy of all three log files in this machines bugs folder with a
descriptive phrase appended to the file name? And then add the links here.
