Eileen Schwartz (pilot study user) told me at our holiday party recently that her weather information was not updating. I don't know what machine she is using, but if you look in the appropriate log files, there should be more information about what is happening. Specifically, whenever the machine is completely rebooted (boot.bat run) the first session (first set of log files) is a separate "session" for getting the weather. The exception in that session should suggest what the problem was.
Possible reasons:
(1) Machine is not automatically rebooting at 3am
(2) Weather site or internet connectivity was down at that time
(3) Machine is not using up-to-date release (after Dec 12), when weather site key was updated.
