9 years ago I think this was due to the fact that I was reading my personal Gmail account in the browser on this machine and thus signed in as a different account. It is working ok now that I switched Google accounts back to testing account.
Note also that when I switched to the testing account and tried Hangout directly from the browser, it forced me to create Google profile first, which I did (with no information).
I added a note to setup-asus.txt and sent email.

@lring @candysidner I noticed this evening that the client did not release the camera even after 90 seconds (the blue light stayed on), so that the Java could never get the camera to start Shore for face tracking. At least Java doesn't crash now, due to your fixes :-).
I don't know if this is transient problem. It would be a shame however (and a disaster with Reeti) if this was permanent, since it would permanently disable face tracking. It might also mean that video calls are not working.
