Update `symfony/console` to 4.x #17

symfony/console has been released, could you update it to 4.x or loosen dependency to 4.x?

Are you still maintaining this project and/or accepting PRs? It would be lovely to support more recent versions of symfony/console. I am thinking still maintained LTS versions plus 5.0. I would contribute, but wanted to check beforehand, if this project is still alive.

@arueckauer Unfortunately, I don't have time to maintain the project anymore, I would be happy to get maintainer onboard, would you be interested?

@alwex Thank you for the update. It did take me a while to process the unexpected invite to maintain the package. 😋 I have to decline with thanks though, mainly because of limited spare time.
