For inexperienced users (but fast typists), step 3 may not be detailed enough as one may not know how to navigate exactly using the terminal; they could be instructed to navigate using Windows Explorer or its equivalent.

We feel that provided a step by step instructions on how to navigate to the specific folder is not part of the scope. If that is the case, wouldn't we need to account for the different OS as well? Where do we draw the line and assume the user has the knowledge or skill of a specific thing?
