Extended Mounting on Port 1 w/USBLoader GX #40

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Loading USB Loader GX from HBC
2. Loading USB Loader GX from latest forwarder channel on SysMenu

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When mounting USB Port 1 on startup it takes roughly 2mins. When using v8final 
this is a very quick process.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
d2x v9 beta49 IOS249

Please provide any additional information below.
I have not tested any of the other IOS slots but this is a very noticeable 
difference & the d2x v9 b49 was made using modmii.

Same here. Didn't wait for 2 mins though, cause I though it was stuck. I 
reverted back to v8 for that reason. Works fine with v8
